Class passes purchased through Punch Pass are valid for 3 months. To get the most out of these classes choose one, two, or three weekly classes that you can commit to attending. 

Each week classes will have a different focus rotating between: 

1. Standing Poses, 2. Forward Bends, 3. Back bends, 4. Restorative and Breath-work. 

Class Schedule: 




Minor Ailments will focus on poses to help neck, shoulder, lower back, and knee pain. 

Coaching with Charles: 40 minute wellness coaching calls.
